Commission Sales Professional
Company Overview:
Tri-Power Design. LLC (TPD) is a machine design and automation company that seeks an experienced CUSTOM MACHINE BUILDER / INTEGRATOR sales Professional (based upon 100% commission sales) to join our team to super charge its sales and growth based upon its existing client base together with what the applicant may bring to the position in terms of their own network and contacts. NOTE: Can be an existing sales rep. that is able to do sales for us without conflict.
Due to nature of our clients LOCAL CANDIDATES are preferred.
Job Title: Machine Builder / Integrator Technical Sales Professional with 5 plus yrs. experience in machine automation sales.
Requirements: Candidates should have 5 yrs plus experience in machine automation / integration sales, Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent working experience shall be considered. Working knowledge and understanding of sensors, load & torque cells, vision systems, robotics, pneumatic actuators, and servo actuators to equipment. Knowledge of machine controls/PLC, wiring, and pneumatics is a big plus.
Duties:
1. Use existing customer database to increase sales 5% per year for 5 yrs.
2. Use past experience and skills to organically generate new leads / customers and win projects.
Qualifications:
1. Able to work independently but take direction from Technical Leads.
2. B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent industry experience and sales in automation industry.
3. Will consider highly motivated / inspired university graduate who has the skills and talent but not so much experience.
This position offers a challenging enviroment for the seasoned professional or the avid new comer.
Salary is 100% commission. 100% remote but have a desk here in our offices if desired. Minimual travel anticipated.
